All over Flexibility
Flexibility from head to toes literally , every class focuses on one segment of the body where flexibility is desired and can be acheive using dance and physical therapy techniques.
Leg Technique
Targeting qualities in leg technique that are applicable to latin dance or technical dance when wearing heels or in fusion with latin dance. The exercises and drills in this class will improve traits such as strength, agility, turnout, weight transfer, flexibility, and dynamism while on the floor or in bipedestacion.

Styling and Posture
Upper body mobility , proper posture, arm and hand styling for latin dancing in the context of performance and competition but aplicable to social dancing as well.
Feet Technique
As a result of modifying ballet training to the context of dancing in heels and feet dynamics in Latin dance, I developed exercises for strengthening the foot and keeping balance when performing relevés and spinning.
Salsa & Bachata technique
Analyzes the biomechanical breakdown of salsa and bachata genre techniques. This will include exercises to achieve the proper aesthetic requirements, as well as alignment of the musical components of the rhythm we are dancing.
