The 20 day Spin Challenge goes like this: We pick 20 days out of a month and do 10 – 20 minutes of the exercises that Gabriela Equiz created for us to tackle our Balance, Strength , and equilibrium. Every 5 days we try to improve on one of these items and from the 10th day on we aim at getting one extra spin . By the end of the 20 days we should be at at multiple spins from our starting point. Example : when you are usually only barely able to do single turns , by the end of the 20 days you will end up with solid doubles and starting to get some triples. Our program and drills are on the online course and on our app for easy access and convenience. Our community is led by Gabriela who is also taking this challenge with us. There will be some optional live sessions you can join or review at your convenience. But the community and info will be there for you 24/7 We will be posting 1 min videos on our support and accountability community so we can remember forever the moment when we cross that threshold into believing that everything is possible. 💖
